Engine Rebuild

The head on visual inspection looks good.

The lower block on visual inspection looks straight, but cylinder walls have glazed smooth.

Machine Shop

I used Gene's Engine Services which is close to my house. They had good reviews and a local Vanagon user used them for their Subie heads.

05/06/24 - I plan to take the head to be inspected and pressure checked as take the lower block & crank to be cleaned, measured and verified within spec.
