This is a wiki of information that William Pool has collected from various sources online. If you've seen "rotaecho" in the forums (The Samba, vwdiesel.net, vwvortex, tdiclub.com, Diesel-Vanagon Yahoo Group, FB Diesel Powered Vanagons, Vanagon Owners FB Group) that'd be me. Lot of it is specific to the stock diesel and a lot of it is specific to my eventual mTDI conversion.
